Crispy Sriracha Wings

What is the Secret To Crispy Wings?

What is the big secret ingredient that will allow your chicken wings to crisp up in the oven similar to how they would in a deep fryer but much healthier?  The answer is baking powder. Adding a couple tablespoons of baking powder to your recipe will help crisp the chicken wings up nicely. Even if you are not a fan of hot sauce and want to try it with a different sauce mixture cooking your wings With a little salt, pepper and baking powder first at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes then flipping them over and cooking them for an additional 20 minutes before adding your sauce of choice will give you perfectly crispy chicken wings every time. If you want them extra crispy just turn your heat down to about 300 degrees Fahrenheit and increase the cooking time to about 30 minutes per side.
